Below are
some of the items that we have taken from our Dinner Menu for you to try
on our lunch buffet:
- Saag Paneer, rich,
emerald-green creamed spinach laced with chunks of snowy housemade cheese
- Tarka Dal Makhani,
soupy, long-simmering black beans
- Beef Jalfrezie,
beef, sauteed with onions, bell peppers and chillies with a touch of
curry
- Malai Kofta, cheese
and vegetable dumplings cooked in a cream and almond sauce
Also available are many
items made specially for the buffet. These might include:
- Two kinds of vegetable fritters
- Salads - mixed greens,
potato and fresh cubed pear in masala spice mix
- Tandoori chicken legs (rosey
red or dusted with brown spices)
- Beef and chicken curries
Included on the buffet
are some of the staples for lunch:
- Basmati rice
- Bread pillows from the
tandoor oven
