	Andiamo offers the comfort and style of a European cafe where diners relax after after a delicious meal and enjoy conservation at the table. Many of the regulars stop by for a bite to eat and a place to discuss the latest in the Arts and Literature.
	Chef Lopezzo has been overseeing the kitchen from the beginning and the menu is filled with many of his wonderful creations. Braciole di Maiale al Grangio - Pork chops stuffed with crabmeat and glazed with brandy (a Gourmet Magazine award winner in 1994) Salsiccia Stile Chianti - Andiamo's own grilled hot sausage, served over fettuccini with Alfredo sauce Gamberi Ripieni alla Cipriani, Venice - Jumbo shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and mushrooms in a light tomato Pernod sauce
	The menu also includes a delicious selection of "lite" items such as: Paillard di Pollo Savonarola - Chicken breast, grilled with fresh spinach leaves, fresh lemon juice and mushrooms Penne alla Rustica - Short pasta tubes tossed with fresh tomato and served over grilled vegetables Piccata di Vitello - Veal Piccata. Milk-fed Provini veal slices, grilled and served with a fresh lemon sauce
	To complement your meal, Andiamo offers one of the largest wine lists in the state of Texas. In fact, Wine Spectator has awarded Andiamo for offering one of the finest quality wine lists in America! There are almost 200 wines to choose from, more than half from Italy. Don't worry if you're not familiar with the wineries. The list is nicely laid out with helpful headings such as "Crisp & Light Italian Wine" and "Noble Italian Red". All the servers are well versed in wines and will be available to help in your selection, if desired.
