India West began planting its roots many wonderful and unforgettable years ago when the original and premier Kebab N Kurry, in Richardson, opened its doors to Dallasites in 1982. The journey to the dream that eventually became a reality started a few years back with the challenge of exploring the globe in search for the few selected hands and minds to create the challenging yet traditional Northern Indian Cuisine Menu that is indigenous to the region.

These talented chefs have been elaborating and masterfully creating new ideas at the original Kebab N Kurry for the last few years for the sole purpose to 'Blue Print' the first footsteps towards the finest Indian restaurant in Dallas.
