India's cuisine is a combination of subtle tastes where
the flavors are as varied as India's climate and as exotic as India's
people.
Fragrant, pungent and warm spices from all over India are delicately
blended to create the dishes we present to you. Only fresh, natural
ingredients are used to tempt your appetite. Each dish boasts its
own distinctive flavor and aroma thanks to the fresh spices that are
prepared every day. The blending and preparation of fresh spices is
an exacting, centuries old craft indispensable to Indian cuisine.

As
Dallas' premier Indian restaurant, India Palace lives up to its reputation
serving delicacies not found in most Indian restaurants. The Lamb
Chops, marinated in garlic, ginger and spices, and the Grilled
Leg of Lamb, marinated with yogurt and spices, are treats not
to be missed. The Lobster Masala served in a tomato and herb
sauce is rich and spicy. |

Or try something different and less well known. For
example, our Balti-Style Dishes are delicious and representative
of northwestern India. The heart of this method of cooking is a cast
iron pot originally called the balti. The food is both cooked in this
pot and then served at the table from the same dish. Flavored with
many spices including onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, cinnamon,
cloves, fennel and mustard seeds, the aromatic dish is served with
naan bread which is used to scoop up the balti and get the sauce.
It's sure to become a favorite once you try it! |

of domestic and imported beers and wines. |
