Kostas Cafe is a restaurant brimming with excitement. Serving a menu filled with exotic appetizers, soups, salads and entrees, the warm and inviting staff is eager to introduce you to the pleasures of authentic Greek cuisine.

For something unusual, start your meal with the Saganaki "Opa" appetizer ~ a mild kaseri cheese that is fried and then presented in flaming brandy with your server exclaiming "OPA!" which means "It's A Blast!". Also available are several delicious dips such as Tzatziki (made with sour cream, garlic and cucumber) and Humos (a garlic and chickpea spread) both served with pita bread.

And when you come to Kostas Cafe, be sure to bring your appetite. The menu selections are numerous and the plates of food overflowing. Neither the kitchen nor the wait staff will let you leave hungry.

All food is prepared daily from scratch. Each morning, the owner comes in to prepare the soup of the day while his staff works on the many other delicious items that come from this authentic Greek kitchen.

Kostas uses only the freshest seafood and meats, never frozen. The fish arrives whole and is filleted at the restaurant. Order the Catch of the Day and you will be presented with a beautiful whole fish (usually Baby Snapper, Redfish or Salmon) that your server will fillet at your table.

The lamb is hand cut into chops by the chef, then individually hand trimmed. Cooked to moist and tender perfection, the lamb is a delight to the palate.
