A prominent station in the dining room dispenses decadent seafood pasta, a Nove Italiano signature dish. Many of our pastas are handmade in house. Just like in the Old Country, Italy, pasta is not overly sauced and simplicity is our prevailing culinary theme. The menu offers a wide range of crudos. Meaning "raw", these are Italy's answers to ceviche or sashimi. They are often cured with sea salt, citrus or infused oils. Nove's crudos include arborio rice rolls and cannelloni stuffed with seasoned tuna. Thin crusted pizzas, including a signature lobster pizza, are offered, as are a variety of steaks, such as a traditional Bistecca Fiorentina carved tableside. The wine list focuses on premier Brunello di Montalcino and showcases vertical collections of acclaimed Super Tuscans, wines that can be as innovative as Nove Italiano itself.
