| HOW TO COOK FRESH PASTA Shake the clumps loose to prevent sticking! Drop pasta into a large pot of boiling salted water (5 quarts per pound of pasta). When water returns to a boil, time accordingly "al dente". |

| NOTE: Allow Pasta Plus sauces to warm to room temperature fifteen minutes prior to cooking pasta. Drain pasta immediately into a colander and SHAKE WELL to remove all water. Put pasta back into the hot pan and stir in sauce. For best flavor, serve immediately. | ||||||
